On May 2, 2012, Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (Navios) issued a press release announcing its public offering of 4,000,000 common units. Navios Maritime Partners L.P. Announces Public Offering of 4,000,000 Common Units
Piraeus, Greece, May 2, 2012Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (Navios Partners) (NYSE: NMM), an owner and operator of dry cargo vessels, announced today that it plans to offer 4,000,000 common units representing limited partnership interests in a public offering. Navios Partners expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 600,000 common units. Navios Partners expects to use the net proceeds from the public offering to fund its fleet expansion and/or for general partnership purposes.
Navios Partners common units trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol NMM.
The joint book-running managers for this offering are Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities and the manager is S. Goldman Capital LLC.

Pricing of Follow-On Offering
Piraeus, Greece, May 3, 2012Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (Navios Partners) (NYSE: NMM), an owner and operator of dry cargo vessels, announced today that it has priced its follow-on public offering of 4,000,000 common units, which represent limited partnership interests, at $15.68 per unit. Navios Partners has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 600,000 common units. Navios Partners expects to use the net proceeds from the public offering to fund its fleet expansion and/or for general partnership purposes. The offering is expected to close on May 8, 2012.
Navios Partners common units trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol NMM.
